Ordering a sample is an essential step: it allows you to touch the quality of the product with your own hands, see it live print rendering of your design and evaluate every detail. At the same time, it is an opportunity for us to concretely demonstrate what we promise in terms of quality, artisanal precision and attention to materials.

You can choose to receive a custom sample with your design or if you don't have one, we will send you a sample with our exclusive design, created specifically to show you the print quality.

Production process

The creation of a custom silk scarf follows a meticulously crafted artisanal process. The sample production steps include: Graphic Design Preparation, cutting, printing, steaming, washing, hemming, packing and shipping. Each step is carried out in Italy, within a 30km radius, with artisanal mastery to ensure quality and excellence.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is possible to order even a single sample to evaluate the performance of your design.
• If you want to test multiple designs or variations, each sample will be handled and invoiced separately.
• If, after receiving the sample, you decide to proceed with a production greater than 50 pieces, the cost of the sample will be refunded and its amount scaled from the final price.
• We do not apply a fixed minimum order: you are free to decide how many pieces to produce, with progressive discounts as the quantities increase.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Graphic design support We usually print based on files provided by the customer. If you need our creative support, we can help you with the design. We'll just ask you to provide us with some reference materials.
• Custom packaging We offer standard packages as well as custom options. Custom solutions usually require a minimum of 100 pieces.
